At Byars Law, we fight for and enforce the rights of citizens. Sometimes those citizens are charged with crimes, other times they have been hurt or injured through no fault of their own. In instances where citizens have been hurt or injured through no fault of their own, Byars Law enforces their right to be made whole physically, emotionally, and financially.
Anytime someone is injured, that injury brings about physical, emotional, and financial stress. When that injury is due to the fault of someone else, it can be difficult, if not impossible, for the injured person to deal with their health and finances while also requiring the person who caused them to be injured to compensate them. At Byars Law, we want to take the legal burden off your shoulders.
If we take your personal injury case at Byars Law, it is almost always on a contingency basis, meaning you do not pay us anything unless we win your case. Also, if we take your case, it is because the person who harmed you has insurance coverage. Very rarely do we take a case where the other person does not have insurance. Then we sue their insurance to make the injured person whole. On occasion, we take a case where the opposing party does not have insurance, but that is rare.
If you have been injured by another, it is likely you have one year from the date of your injury to file a claim or you can be barred forever. If you have been injured, please contact Byars Law to see if you are a good candidate for use to take on your case and make you whole.
